Hazie’s Restaurant Manager at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation oversees all restaurant operations under the Alterra Mountain Company umbrella. The role requires prior supervisory experience in casual dining, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a solid understanding of food and beverage service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of casual service dining room supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and management.
• Familiarity with budgeting and P&L concepts preferred.
• Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all outlet operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee HR for FOH staff and staffing/scheduling needs.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts and manage payroll procedures.
• Maintain beverage levels and manage ordering.
• Implement training programs for service standards.
• Conduct daily inventory of alcohol products and monitor guest experience.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
