Qualifikationen

• Two years of prior work history/education required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in hotel banquet management.
• Prior banquet captain and server experience in a 4-Diamond hotel preferred.
• Cash handling experience required; accounting experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Delphi software, UltiPro and RTP helpful.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple departments under pressure.
• Certification in alcohol service or plan to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Must have Colorado-approved Alcohol Server Training or attend within 30 days.
• Must have Food Handler and Allergen training or complete within 14 days.

Aufgaben

• Function independently to ensure all event aspects are addressed.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and presentation for events.
• Review BEOs and prepare for all functions.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily banquet operations.
• Assist with setting tables, stocking stations, taking orders, serving, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with Catering, Sales, F&B Managers to plan services.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate banquet activities.
• Monitor guest counts and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers for staffing setup.
• Enforce alcohol policies and safety rules.
• Order supplies and manage inventory for linens and service ware.
• Report client feedback to management for ongoing improvement.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
