Job summary

The Killington Grand Hotel Front Desk Agents create the first impression of the hotel and resort, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless stay during our busy ski season.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues while maintaining a welcoming lobby and accurate PMS records. Seasonal role with hourly pay and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out with a welcoming, service-first attitude.
• Process payments, answer inquiries, and coordinate with departments for seamless stays.
• Provide information on events, resort amenities, lift tickets, dining options, and local attractions.
