Job summary

The Bell Person at Killington Grand Hotel serves as a warm, welcoming first impression for guests. Responsibilities include assisting with arrivals and departures, opening doors, handling and storing luggage, and providing information about the resort and local area.

Key qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent), being 21+, and a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional service, including opening doors, unloading and transporting luggage, tagging and storing baggage, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain the bellman closet, ski and bike check, hotel lobby, entrances, and parking areas; assist with seasonal tasks like shoveling snow and salting walkways.
• Assist guests with wheelchairs and mobility needs in a safe, courteous manner; safeguard guest belongings.
• Operate the courtesy vehicle safely and in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts and assist with safety procedures and guest services.
