Job summary

Killington Pico Ski Resort is seeking a Guest Services Greeter to warmly greet and direct guests indoors and outdoors, helping with online purchases and troubleshooting. This seasonal role sits on a small, dynamic team focused on exceeding guest expectations and smooth transitions from parking to lifts.

Responsibilities include directing guests, guiding them through the online purchase process, assisting with ticket pickup, Lost & Found, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while supporting

Qualifications

• High school education (including currently enrolled).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 6 hours, with light lifting/bending.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and help direct guests for the best Beast experience.
• Greet and assist guests with online purchasing outdoors and indoors.
• Be an expert on the Killington Online Purchase process.
• Troubleshoot and assist with ticket pickup kiosk issues.
• Help with Lost & Found items /process and with other tasks to support the department.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Job share in other areas at resort as needed.
