Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the WHS program, drive safety culture, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, risk reduction, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires advanced WHS experience in manufacturing or service operations, with a focus on incident prevention, audits, and emergency response readiness.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety culture improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Oversee safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analysis.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
