Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years Amazon experience in safety roles.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of people and performance management or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as safety champion on site.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions to protect associates while maintaining productivity.
• Perform site audits, lead the first-aid program, and coordinate emergency response capabilities.
