Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in New Jersey. This role leads the Global WHS Program, performs risk assessments, analyzes safety data, and drives safety initiatives with Operations leadership to protect associates and improve productivity.

The position also manages audits, incident trend analyses, and emergency response capabilities, while fostering leadership plans to embed safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years WHS/environmental program experience.
• 3+ years of people and performance management experience, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
