Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation is seeking an Engineer in Charge I to serve as the technical lead on customer sites, coordinating repairs, installations, and CIP modifications. The role includes mentoring FSEs, interfacing with corporate for spare parts, and ensuring availability and uptime per contract requirements.

The EIC will analyze complex issues, prepare technical reports, and communicate project status in meetings with customers.

Formación

• AS degree or technical certificate or equivalent with 8+ years related experience.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and emergency call-in work.

Responsabilidades

• Isolate and resolve complex equipment and/or system malfunctions.
• Lead CIP programs and drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor site FSE's.
• Generate reports on downtime and maintenance activities.
• Represent the company in customer meetings and provide status updates.
