Daifuku seeks an Equipment Installation Coordinator (EIC) to act as a technical advisor at customer sites, coordinating with FSEs and corporate for spare parts and skill levels, and ensuring availability to minimize downtime.

The EIC will mentor field engineers, support CIP modifications, generate downtime and maintenance reports, and participate in project meetings to keep customers informed of operational status.

Responsabilités

• Isolate and resolve complex equipment malfunctions at customer sites.
• Lead CIP projects and drive process improvements; write QA docs.
• Provide training and mentoring to site FSEs and customer personnel.
• Generate reports on downtime, PM, calibration and maintenance activities.
• Attend project meetings and communicate status to customers.
