Daifuku North America is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and service AMHS equipment at the customer site, proactively identifying issues to prevent downtime and performing repairs and CIP upgrades as needed.

You will follow on-site procedures, update service logs, and collaborate with crew chief or EIC. Travel for training and support at other sites is required as necessary.

Formación

• AS/BS degree or technical degree equivalent with 0-2 years’ experience or equivalent work experience required.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Will need to travel for training and/or to assist at other sites as required or requested.
• Requires good communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface effectively with customers.
• Must be able to wear and work in cleanroom PPE as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• LOCATE SOURCES OF PROBLEMS: Maintain and service site equipment and proactively resolve daily issues to prevent downtime.
• ENSURE OPERATION OF MACHINERY: Perform daily PMs on AMHS systems and maintain accurate service logs.
• TRAINING: Maintain L3 Certification or above on all site equipment and continuously update skills.
• MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT PARTS: Track parts used and manage inventory accuracy with EIC/SC.
• VARIOUS PROJECTS: Assist with new or existing equipment installs or modifications and site investigations.
