Daifuku North America seeks an experienced EIC to act as the technical lead at customer sites, ensuring availability and uptime while coordinating spare parts and skill development. You will mentor FSEs, communicate with corporate for parts and issues, and participate in project meetings.

The role emphasizes reducing downtime, improving reliability, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and technical support across sites.

Formación

• Excellent communication with customers and peers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Isolate and resolve complex equipment malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Lead CIP projects and drive process and product improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to site FSEs; mentor peers.
• Generate reports on downtime, PM, calibration, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and present project updates to customers.
