Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedule, and mentor field staff to meet contract requirements.

The role involves on-site leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring quality in line with codes and standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field personnel on building automation, security, or fire systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and perform basic electrical/mechanical tasks.
• Excellent communication and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
• Supervises Project Specialists, Installers and subcontractors in the field.
• Coordinates and supervises subcontractors and directs on-site activities to ensure quality.
• Works with Project Coordinator to optimize scope and schedule and minimize risk.
