Job summary

Convergint is hiring a Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup/check-out, certification, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will manage site activities with the project team to meet contract scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and hands-on field supervision. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate project installation plans, and ensure quality across on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management for timely completion within budget and contract.
• Supervises project specialists, installers and subcontractors in the field.
• Installs, programs, tests, and services security, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems.
• Ensures quality installation in accordance with codes and company standards.
