Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will coordinate with the Project Coordinator and supervise Field Technicians to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to codes.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of field service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality systems in complex

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant field service experience.
• Experience with building automation, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and ensure project completion within budget and scope.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator to install plan and procedures.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors; mentor and direct work.
• Direct on-site activities to meet quality standards.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
