You will mentor field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and drive quality and customer satisfaction while growing with the company in a dynamic, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong supervision skills and field installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; skilled with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of projects within scope and budget.
• Supervises installers and subcontractors; mentors and guides staff.
• Coordinates with project team to ensure quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
