A leading IT services provider is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves providing ongoing technical support for various systems and ensuring exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, desktop and server support, and proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. Qualifications

Experience with IT infrastructure environments and desktop/server support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware faults and perform imaging for new devices.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for systems and software products.
Implement technology at the operating system level for server and network areas.
