GovCIO is seeking a Senior Site Support Engineer located in Kenner, LA for an onsite role. You will lead on-site IT support, manage escalated issues, and mentor junior engineers while upholding IT best practices to ensure uptime.

The role requires high-level leadership, strong communication, and extensive experience with TSA-related staff and multi-OS environments. This position is onsite in Kenner, LA and reports to the Site IT leadership.

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Site Support Engineer - Senior. This position will be located in Kenner, LA and will be an onsite.

Qualifications

High School with 6 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 years experience in IT support
• Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
• Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management staff, TSA executives
• Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
• Skilled at applying lessons learned for the refinement of Knowledge Base (KB) articles in support of continuous process improvement
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking for technology assignments, applies advanced troubleshooting expertise, and demonstrates strong leadership to ensure high-quality resolution and system optimization across multiple tasks

Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Posted Salary Range

USD $62,000.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
