Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory leadership in an industrial setting and customer-focused delivery.
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring warehouse staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier reps and manage site operations with safety first.
• Create daily work logs, balance deposits, and report to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Schedule shifts, interview and train new associates, and supervise data entry.
• Assist in budgeting and run weekly safety meetings.
