Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a Capstone site. You will manage associates, uphold safety, and drive productivity, with potential to run portions of the business or an entire shift.

This training opportunity leads toward running your own site and includes training new hires, scheduling, budgeting, and data entry while meeting customer needs daily. Capstone offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a benefits package after 30 days,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution/warehouse settings.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff and ensure safety and productivity.
• Experience with budgets and ability to interpret P&L statements and prepare management reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create and balance daily bank deposits; maintain daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services; complete daily closeout and payroll record administration.
