Capstone Logistics is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our site. You will oversee associates, uphold safety standards, and drive productivity while ensuring exceptional service for our partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in a changing warehouse environment.
• Ownership mindset to ensure safety, productivity, and customer service standards are met.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Run the site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate daily with associates about service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit them to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing the site and departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise timely data entry and payroll records.
