Job summary

Capstone Logistics seeks a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency at the forefront. You will manage a team, schedule shifts, and ensure service levels meet customer expectations while controlling costs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation, with strong coaching and budgeting skills, and a proven track record in supervising warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
• Make decisions, problem solve, and direct the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate with associates on service levels, accountability, and performance.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts per customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Complete daily closeout and payroll record administration.
