Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety and productivity. In this role you will train new hires, balance tasks, and coordinate with corporate to meet customer needs.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment, handling budgeting, reporting, and scheduling with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience budgeting and generating management reports; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site operations with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily deposits and maintain logs.
• Create and transmit daily work logs to corporate.
• Supervise data entry, payroll records, and closeouts.
• Schedule shifts based on customer needs.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
