Job summary

Capstone-Logistics,-LL is seeking a Site Supervisor in Texas to lead daily warehouse operations, focus on safety and productivity, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will train new hires, manage shifts, and supervise data entry, banking, and reporting while ensuring adherence to Capstone policies and budgets. This role offers growth within a high-performance culture and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Prepare and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and send to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service issues daily.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and drive participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire, and train staff.
• Oversee data entry for services performed and daily closeout.
