Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee unarmed vehicle patrol and on-site security operations for a client site. The role covers staff scheduling, training, reporting, and ensuring contract compliance.

You will lead security personnel, coordinate with the client, monitor incidents, and maintain quality of service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing where required, and supervisory experience in security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensing/training as required.
• Must have 1+ year supervisory experience in security.
• 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console monitors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet requirements.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction actions to management.
