Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor Experienced Driver to manage on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site. You will supervise personnel, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and handle administrative duties such as payroll and incident reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing where applicable, and at least 1 year of supervisory security experience or an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll review, incident report maintenance, and security surveys/post orders.
