Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance at a client site. This role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and payroll oversight within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-required training/licensing.
• One of: military service, Auxiliary Police, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an Associate's degree.
• 18+ years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/monitors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet requirements.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and manage post orders.
