Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor Unarmed Experienced to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of on-site security for a client. The role emphasizes supervision, contract compliance, and client communication.

Responsibilities include staffing, training oversight, overtime control, incident reporting, and post order management to ensure safe, compliant site operations with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, auxiliary police or police cadets, minimum one year supervisory experience in security, or an associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment/console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public; effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving, active listening, and ability to assess situations quickly.
• Strong data interpretation and information compilation.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and discipline; respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and lead emergency notifications as needed.
• Suggest improvements for security surveys and post orders.
