Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at client sites. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training while ensuring contract compliance and high service quality.

You will also assist with payroll, incident reports, and post orders, providing direction to security personnel. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass licensing requirements, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must possess one or more of the following: active-duty military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, supervisory security experience, or an associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Support payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions or commendations.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with the public.
