Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. The role includes on-site staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance, with a pay rate of $26.00 per hour and weekly pay.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required training and licensing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline or prior supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident report reviews, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
