Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role demands the ability to walk/stand, work without direct supervision, and supervise shifts per client requirements.

The position is full-time with hourly pay of $20, requires 1+ year security experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• License to drive with a good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory security experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training, screening, and contract compliance for personnel.
• Maintain minimal overtime and monitor on-site performance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and assist in security surveys and post orders.
