Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the security operations for a client site. The role focuses on managing staff, scheduling, on-site training, and ensuring quality service in alignment with contract requirements.

The position requires at least one year of security and supervisory experience, with a starting pay of $25.21 per hour. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm, including paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must have security supervisor experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to solve problems and exercise good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements required by contract are met.
• Limit overtime; maintain cost-effective staffing per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect staff performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Support payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
