Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor Full Time in the United States to oversee the on-site security operations for a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance and quality of service.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, incident reporting, post orders, and cost-conscious management while coordinating with the client and internal teams. A high school diploma and security experience are required, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state training/licensing requirements as applicable.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security or a related field, or an AA/AS degree or higher.
• Be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to operate radios/consoles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract compliance, training, screening, and incident reporting.
• Maintain cost efficiency and quality of service for the client site.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to meet site post orders.
