Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed); able to operate radio/telephone equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public.
• Teamwork and attention to detail; willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal or designated levels.
• Inspect security personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and cost reductions.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
