Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site. The role emphasizes contract compliance, quality service, and effective team leadership.

The position offers weekly pay, prior supervisory experience is a plus, and it requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Health insurance and 401k are part of full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Previous supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Military or police-related service is acceptable as qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at the site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract quality and compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and respond to client requests.
