The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) with paid orientation and training, starting pay of $25.21 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Minimum one year of verifiable security supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to assure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and follow post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and responsibilities.
• Make disciplinary or commendation decisions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Develop recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
