Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor on Mercer Island, WA to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training in alignment with contract requirements.

You will manage quality of service, supervise security personnel, handle incident reporting, and coordinate with the client to ensure safety and compliance while keeping overtime at controlled levels and maintaining productive, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Able to pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in the active-duty military, reserves, or National Guard.
• Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Operate radio or console equipment and/or monitor.
• Interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving.
• Active listening.
• Assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately.
• Compile, sort, and interpret data.
• Research, investigate, compile information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, and training.
• Ensure training and licensing requirements are met for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
