Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site Security Professionals and ensure continuous site coverage for remotely managed accounts in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with Operations Managers to supervise service delivery and maintain post integrity, images, and training updates.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and scheduling skills, with a focus on initiative and professional interaction across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record as required.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards are met.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-order briefings.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations Manager or HR as directed.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
