Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Terre Haute, IN to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and on-site safety, ensuring contract compliance and high service standards while coordinating with the client and team. Leadership and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Supervisory experience in security-related industry preferred or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum age 18 (or 21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security function (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening of security personnel.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance and quality.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Make personnel recommendations to management based on performance.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; issue notifications per post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and performance.
• Make disciplinary or commendation decisions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Advise on physical security surveys and post orders.
