Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site. Pay is $26.00 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

The role requires strong supervision skills, the ability to manage staffing, training, and performance, and adherence to site post orders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets basic qualifications for security supervisory roles.
• At least 18 years of age and able to operate radios/monitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site orders.
