Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise all on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across all trades, including electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, commissioning, and specialty vendors.
• Serve as STC’s primary on-site representative to GC superintendents, owner construction managers, and commissioning authorities.
• Lead daily coordination meetings, site walks, and trade alignment sessions to maintain execution flow.
• Resolve field conflicts and sequencing issues in real time to protect schedule and quality.
