Job summary

SmartTech Contracting LLC in Texas seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects ranging 40–200 MW. You will supervise all on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms, coordinating electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning activities.

You will serve as the primary on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in field supervision or superintendent roles in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade sites and managing subcontractors and partners.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, QA/QC, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms across trades.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and ensure installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activities align with contract documents.
