Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent - Critical Infrastructure in Texas. The role anchors on-site leadership for hyperscale and colocation data center construction projects, overseeing safety, schedule, quality, and coordination across all trades from start to finish.

As the primary field execution authority, you will direct work, resolve field conflicts, and elevate risks when needed to protect schedule and execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades (electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, commissioning, specialty vendors).
• Serve as STC's primary on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner representatives.
