Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise all on-site labor and subcontractors, coordinate across trades, and act as the STC on-site face to GC superintendents and owner representatives.

You will own safety, schedule, quality, and coordination throughout installation, startup, and commissioning, reporting to project leadership and resolving risks to protect the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in field supervision, site leadership, or superintendent roles within mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and managing subcontractors and partner firms.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules aligned with the GC master schedule; direct field execution from installation to commissioning.
• Own site safety execution and enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and STC safety policies.
