Smart Tech Contracting LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure in Texas. Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in field supervision or superintendent roles within mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, commissioning, and specialty vendors.
• Maintain safety, schedule, quality, and field coordination across the project lifecycle; represent STC to GC superintendents and owner reps.
