Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting in Texas seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site field operations for hyperscale data center projects, supervising all STC labor and subcontractors while coordinating across trades.

You will own safety, schedule, QA/QC, and coordination from installation through commissioning, with strong client-facing and vendor engagement responsibilities. Requires 10+ years of field leadership and proficiency with Procore/BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in field leadership roles involving construction execution.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise on-site labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades including electrical and mechanical.
• Serve as STC’s on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner reps.
• Lead coordination meetings to maintain execution flow and protect schedule.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and oversee safety programs and risk management.
