Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for Site Solutions Professional Services to implement SiteVault, manage long-term customer relationships, and drive value for life sciences clients. This remote role prefers Eastern or Central Time Zone within the United States.

You will lead SiteVault/eISF/CTMS deployments, build executive relationships, and support renewal discussions while collaborating with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshops and gathering requirements.
• Based in North America with ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SiteVault eISF and CTMS implementations aligned with goals.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers through regular engagement.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewals.
• Create automated onboarding for SiteVault and light-touch HubSpot support.
• Lead year-end reviews and feed insights back to product team.
• Provide product feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
