Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Site Solutions Professional Services team. You will implement SiteVault for clinical sites, acting as the primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders to drive success.

The role is remote within the United States, with a preference for Eastern or Central Time. Qualified North American candidates may work from home or office locations, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience in life sciences/healthcare
• Based in North America
• Customer-facing consulting delivering workshop material and gathering requirements with business/stakeholders
• Ability to act with speed to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Typical travel 10% (up to 20%)

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS teams with customer goals and sales expectations
• Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers through regular engagement
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewal processes
• Create and maintain automated onboarding using SiteVault free version and provide light-touch HubSpot support
• Lead year-end reviews and summarize progress for renewal conversations
• Provide product feedback to inform roadmap based on customer needs and industry trends
