Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for Site Solutions Professional Services to help implement SiteVault for clinical sites and ensure long-term customer success.

You will serve as the main point of contact between Veeva and customer stakeholders, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and demonstrate value through proactive engagement, with remote work flexibility in the United States and preference for Eastern or Central Time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences or healthcare.
• Based in North America.
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshop material, developing meaningful customer relationships, and gathering requirements with business and system stakeholders.
• Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and roll up your sleeves.
• Typical travel is 10%, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SiteVault eISF and CTMS implementations aligned with customer goals.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers through regular engagement.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewal processes.
• Create and maintain automated onboarding using SiteVault free version and light-touch HubSpot support.
• Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress and renewals.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and industry trends.
