Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Integration Architect for SiteVault integrations within the Site Solutions Professional Services team. You will be the primary technical contact to design and support integrations, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and demonstrate value through proactive engagement.

This remote role, based in the United States, allows work from home or in-office arrangements with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields.
• Based in United States.
• Direct experience with customers and third-parties to gather requirements and build solutions.
• Ability to move quickly to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Travel typically 10%, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations aligning with customer goals.
• Set up SSO and Microsoft Collaborative Authoring integrations for new customers.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve processes.
• Assist customers migrating onto SiteVault and verify large data loads.
• Develop tools for high-volume targeted data updates in production.
